WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We’re located just inside the Lang Park PCYC building at Suncorp Stadium. You’re best off parking by the statues on Caxton Street—you can park there any time so long as there’s no event on. We have a café here too so please take a moment to rest your legs and enjoy a coffee—it’s quite a nice little spot.

WHICH AREAS DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver throughout Brisbane. Delivery fees may apply depending on the location and time.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We work hard to arrive at the time you require, or up to 20 minutes earlier for hot food and up to 1 hour earlier for cold food . For an extra fee we can also supply you with hot/cold food storage boxes if a longer storing time is required. Once you place an order we’ll be in touch with you to discuss timing if needed.
IF I WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR TOMORROW, WHEN IS THE LAST OPPORTUNITY?
We require a 48 hour window to allow time to order stock and prepare your food.
DO YOU CATER FOR DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
We cater for all dietary requirements including vegan, gluten free, vegetarian, and dairy free. We will only charge an additional fee for complex dietaries with specific lists of ingredients such as FODMAP, Paleo and Keto.
WHAT IF I WANT TO ORDER LESS THAN THE MINIMUM QUANTITY?
Unfortunately we’re unable to supply less than the minimum quantity.
WHAT IS THE PAYMENT PROCESS?
If you’re ordering online, most credit cards are accepted. If you receive an invoice from us, you can pay by credit card or by bank transfer.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
For orders under $1000 you can cancel no less than 48 hours in advance for a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations are not accepted once we’re within 48 hours of the order date, but we will offer a credit in some circumstances at our discretion.
For orders over $1000 we require a minimum 7 day lead-in, and a 10% cancellation fee applies. Cancellations are not accepted once we’re within 7 days of the order date, but we will offer a credit in some circumstances at our discretion.
For orders over $3000 we require a minimum 21 day lead-in, and a 10% cancellation fee applies. Cancellations are not accepted once we’re within 21 days of the order date, but we will offer a credit in some circumstances at our discretion.
